Pierre leads the investment strategy and represents the company on all fronts. Pierre has executed nearly $3 billion in active commitments throughout his career. Prior to ABO, Pierre was co-founder and CEO of the Bracknor Investment Group. He started his career in the M&A team within ENGIE (ex-GDF SUEZ) in Paris.

Hugo oversees ABO’s investment strategy and manages all aspects of the business, from operational risk management to financial planning, from origination to execution of every PIPE transaction. Hugo has executed nearly $3 billion in active commitments throughout his career. Prior to ABO, Hugo co-founded the Bracknor Investment Group.
Amine Nedjai
Chief Executive Officer
Amine started his career working for Bloomberg on the Quant Analytics desk. Amine has helped ABO grow its presence globally by executing deals in new jurisdictions such as Canada, Singapore, Spain and Poland as well as leading close to $1 billion in new financing engagements. He is responsible for overseeing the origination and execution of all transactions as well as ABO’s operations.

Edward was previously a partner at Dentons and White & Case before joining ABO. Edward is recognized as a leading lawyer by Chambers (since 2010), Legal 500 (since 2007) and IFLR1000 (since 2015) and was awarded "Lawyer of the Year" in Private Equity Law by Best Lawyers® in 2018. Edward is responsible for all legal aspects for each transaction and for the entire ABO structure.
Talal Samy
Investment Associate
Talal is an Investment Associate at Alpha Blue Ocean. He is responsible for the deal origination, structuring, and execution of PIPE transactions with an emphasis on European and North American markets. Talal has worked on various transactions amounting to more than EUR 100M in financial commitments, as well as several European M&A mandates. Fluent in English, French, and Arabic, Talal holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in finance from Hult International Business School, as well as an International Certificate in Corporate Finance (ICCF) from Columbia Business School.
